What do they do? Give as You Live Online is a fundraising platform that provides innovative ways for keen charity supporters to generate donations for their favourite cause, via the commission retailers pay every time someone shops online with them.

What did they need? Give as You Live wanted to take a fresh look at their brand messaging. They were very good at explaining what they did and how it worked, but felt they needed to make a more emotional connection with their users to remind them why using the platform was so valuable to the charities they support.

What did we do? Sufu Marketing undertook a brand messaging review, developed a questionnaire for GAYL staff to input their thoughts on the current brand and capture insights into how it could be revised. From there we created a new brand platform, documenting a fresh brand proposition, outlining the themes the brand should focus on and writing new taglines and messaging examples that could be used in advertising and their website. This output now gives the business a firm foundation to be able to write any sort of content and know that they are communicating the key brand messages effectively.
